Leadership

This also means that the one who went deep into the earth is the same one who went into the highest heaven, so that he would fill the whole universe. Christ chose some of us to be apostles, prophets, missionaries, pastors, and teachers, so that his people would learn to serve and his body would grow strong.

Ephesians 4:10-12 (CEV)

Leadership is vital if one is to take people where they have not gone before. The keynote in leadership is to lead and leading starts with who we are and what we live out daily in our lives. I believe we at The Rainbow Centre have a mandate from heaven and part of that mandate is to lead people into the fullness of their God ordained destiny, to discover life beyond ourselves and to reach into the grace of our Lord and the reality of the Christ centered life.

We believe that our lives are not our own and these lives are to be the very lifelines to others. This begins with Robin and myself and flows through the ones whom have been placed at our side. Together we have the opportunity to journey into a life in the Spirit where there are no prejudices, no barriers, where love abounds and all may experience the freedom and the fullness that may be found in the Christ identity.

In the end there is something bigger than all of us, and that bigger is Christ and His Kingdom. Our realization of that completed work opens the door to a life of experience of His fullness living through us, to where by faith we may say “If you’ve seen me, you’ve seen the Father”. Now that truly is heaven on earth!
